Cancellation Policy

Introduction

At Unseen Match, we strive to provide exceptional event experiences, whether it’s an art and craft workshop, meetup, or corporate event. To ensure smooth operations and fair treatment for all participants and clients, please carefully review our cancellation policy.

Cancellation by Customer

  1. Cancellation Notice Period:

    • Cancellations made 7 or more days before the scheduled event date: Full refund (minus any processing fees).

    • Cancellations made 3 to 6 days before the event: 50% refund of total payment.

    • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or no-shows: No refund.

  2. How to Cancel:
    Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to contact@unseenmatch.com or through the contact form on our website.

  3. Refund Process:
    Upon valid cancellation, refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

  4. Late Cancellation or No-Shows:
    If a participant fails to attend without prior cancellation, the full event fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Unseen Match

  1. Event Cancellation by Us:
    We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any event due to unforeseen circumstances such as low participation, adverse weather conditions (for outdoor events), or other emergency situations.

  2. Refunds for Canceled Events:
    If Unseen Match cancels the event, participants will be notified promptly and issued a full refund or offered an alternative date.

  3. No Liability for Indirect Losses:
    We are not responsible for any indirect losses incurred due to cancellation, including travel or accommodation expenses.

Special Circumstances

  1. Emergencies & Medical Reasons:
    In case of genuine emergencies or medical conditions, please contact us as soon as possible. We may consider partial refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis with valid documentation.

  2. Force Majeure:
    Neither party is liable for cancellations caused by events beyond their control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or other force majeure events. Refunds or rescheduling will be handled as reasonably as possible.

Group Bookings

  1. Group Cancellation:
    For group bookings, cancellation notices must be given at least 14 days prior for a full refund on the canceled seats. Partial refunds for late cancellation may apply based on the number of affected seats.

  2. Transferred Bookings:
    Substitutions are allowed if notified at least 48 hours prior to the event.

Changes and Rescheduling

  1. Changing Dates:
    Requests for rescheduling must be made at least 7 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

  2. No Unilateral Changes:
    Once the event date is confirmed, unilateral changes without mutual agreement are not permitted.

Applicable Jurisdiction

  1. These cancellation policies are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes relating to cancellations will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
