Refund Policy

Introduction

At Unseen Match, we are committed to providing exceptional event experiences. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for cancellations or dissatisfaction related to our events, including art & craft workshops, community meetups, and corporate sessions.

Eligibility for Refund

  1. Cancellation by Customer:

    • Full refunds will be granted for cancellations made 7 or more days before the event date, minus any transaction fees.

    • Cancellations made between 3 to 6 days prior to the event receive a 50% refund.

    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.

  2. Cancellation or Rescheduling by Unseen Match:
    If we cancel or reschedule an event, all registered participants will receive a full refund or be offered an alternative date.

  3. Partial Refunds:
    Partial refunds may be considered in special cases such as emergencies or medical reasons with valid documentation, at our discretion.

Refund Process

  1. Requesting a Refund:
    Refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to refunds@unseenmatch.com within 7 days of cancellation. Include your event name, date, and payment details.

  2. Processing Timeline:
    Refunds initiated by Unseen Match or approved cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days using the original payment method.

  3. Refunds on Promotions:
    Refunds for discounted or promotional bookings will be proportional to the amount paid.

Non-Refundable Fees

  1. Service and Transaction Fees:
    Processing fees charged by payment gateways are non-refundable.

  2. No Refunds:

    • For events attended without prior cancellation.

    • For dissatisfaction expressed after attending the event (please contact us for feedback, but refunds are not guaranteed).

Transfer and Rescheduling

  1. Transfer of Bookings:
    Booking transfers to another person are allowed with at least 48 hours notice before the event.

  2. Rescheduling:
    Requests to reschedule must be made 7 days prior. Rescheduling depends on availability and may incur additional charges.

Force Majeure

  1. Neither party is liable for refunds or damages arising from events beyond their control including natural disasters, government restrictions, or pandemics. We will, however, provide alternatives or reschedule when possible.
